How Do I Get A Refund If I Purchased Through Zip?

We can refund your order, which will refund your payment back to your Zip Account.
If you wish to refund from your Zip Account back to your Bank Account, this is possible however you will need to contact Zip directly for this.
Just call Zip on 02 8294 2345 and select option 1.
