Sometimes the item is delivered in more than one package. And these are not always delivered at the same time.
If your order arrives incomplete, here are the steps you should take.
- Find the email we sent you with the tracking number.
- Check the courier's website and enter your tracking number.
- See if the delivery is complete, or if there are still items in transit.
- If the situation is still unclear, we recommend you wait for 2-3 days. In 9 out of 10 cases the remainder of the order will be delivered in this time frame.
- You may like to lodge an online enquiry with the courier, and they usually respond with an accurate delivery date.
- If the order is still incomplete in 2-3 days time, contact us and we will follow up from the supply end.
